How to Order

Payment Options:

We use PayPal to process all of our online transactions. You can use your credit or debit card or have the payment deducted electronically from your checking or savings account.
(**Note** You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.)

PayPal is the safe, secure way to shop online without giving out your financial information to third parties. They are the preferred payment method for both buyers and sellers on eBay.

We will also accept money orders and personal checks. (Personal checks must clear our bank before the order is shipped) If you wish to pay by other means than through PayPal please contact us for details: sales@packafeather.com (Nevada residents will also need to pay applicable sales tax.)

Please note that we can NOT take credit cards by phone.

Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Orders generally are mailed the next business day after payment is received.

You may choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional charge of $2.35 per order. This option includes 2-3 day delivery, tracking and insurance. Just use the button below. (USA orders ONLY)

International Orders:

We will ship to several countries outside of the US under the following conditions:

Buyer must be able to pay in US Dollars and through PayPal ONLY.
Buyer must contact sales@packafeather.com request a PayPal invoice that will include a shipping quote. (Shipping charges for 1 stove via USPS First Class Mail International are typically between $6 and $12 USD depending on destination.)

USPS Priority Mail International has a minimum charge of $19 and includes insurance and tracking as far as your country's customs depot.

Buyer must agree to pay any and all customs, import duties and/or applicable sales taxes.
The money back guarantee does not apply to customers outside the US. (Shipping and insurance costs make it totally impractical.)
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any country outside of the US.
