How to Order

Payment Options:

We use PayPal to process all of our online transactions. You can use your credit or debit card or have the payment deducted electronically from your checking or savings account.
(**Note** You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.)

We will also accept money orders and personal checks. (Personal checks must clear our bank before the order is shipped) If you wish to pay by other means than through PayPal please contact us for details: sales@packafeather.com

Please note that we can NOT take credit cards by phone.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. (Payments made after 5 PM PST are received the next business day.) If we are out of stock on an item we will email you and give you the option to wait or refund.

You may choose to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional charge of $2.35 per order. This option includes 2-3 day delivery, tracking and insurance. Just use the button below. (USA orders ONLY)

International Shipping Policy:

We will ship to most countries outside of the USA under the following conditions:

Buyer must be able to pay in US Dollars and through PayPal ONLY.
Buyer must agree to pay any and all customs, import duties and/or applicable sales taxes.
The money back guarantee does not apply to customers outside the US. (Shipping and insurance costs make it totally impractical.)
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any country outside of the US.

International orders are shipped via USPS air mail only and generally take anywhere between 10 and 20 business days to be delivered.

International shipping charges are viewable before final checkout. The average charge is between $7-10 USD. Orders to Canada are around $4-6 USD.
